We just completed the midway point in the middle school basketball season. The A team has played well the last 6 games and has a record of
6-2 heading into tonights contest against Everest. The B team has also played well during the course of the season. They have posted a 6-2 record as well and have been getting better and better each and every game. I am very pleased with the C team players, that have been working harder and harder every single practice. Last home game will be this Thursday against Troy. Come out and cheer the Middle School boys to victory.
The season ended with a bang with the cobras winning in the final seconds. Finishing the year 1-8 the cobras were able to with stand a couple Mission Valley big plays. The games are over but the work has just begun, all players that will not be going out for basketball will have a chance to lift and work on footwork drills. The off season is were champions are made. I am proud to be part of this program and cant wait for next season.

WIBW football preview.
High School football is in full swing and the Cobras are looking forward to a new year. Practice started last Monday with two-adays, with the first day of pags being on Thursday. All the players have been working extremely hard and all the coaches are looking forward to the upcoming season. Remember, Friday the 26th both football and volleyball will be holding scrimmages, and cobra backers will be holding a dinner at 4:30. I encourage everyone to get out and root on the cobra athletic teams.
